Carrie is a published author and an international speaker in the areas of personal and organizational improvement, change management, mindfulness, and communication practices.
Carrie is passionate about helping women find and live into their true purpose in life. A large part of her practice includes designing and facilitating workshops and coaching sessions for women to come together to create a clearing, renew their spirit and get grounded to create new possibilities in their lives. Additionally, she publishes a blog on topics related to female leadership and wellness.
Her client engagements span the retail, service, transportation and healthcare industries. Current and past learning and development client engagements include American Airlines, Ascension Health, Arizona State University, BNSF Railway, Baylor Healthcare System, Dale Carnegie Corporate University, FedEx Office, Kane Beef, Lennox, Metrohm USA, Labinal/Boeing, PepsiCo and Texas Instruments and many local government departments and churches. McHale Group has a suite of customizable programs in a variety of leadership, personal development, and organizational topics.
In addition to her work in the U.S., Carrie has owned and operated an assessment partnership, Perception Mapping in Australia, which served Australia, Asia, South Africa, and the United States.
Carrie has spent most of her 25-year career coaching individuals, teams, and organizations to reach next level performance. A few of the leadership roles she has served in are Director of Learning at an interactive ad agency; Senior Manager for the Health Science Advisory Group at Ernst & Young, LLP; Talent Manager for the North America region of Ericsson Inc.; Director of Organization Development for Texas Health Resources, and Director of Organizational Development and Learning for Seton Healthcare Family.
Her mission is to provide people and teams with the skills, experiences and discoveries to develop to their full potential so that they may achieve their desired results. Her clients have lauded her as a “master bridge builder” as she connects individuals to open the lines of communication, create a shared strategy and innovate as an organization.

Carrie graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Psychology and from the University of North Texas with a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis/Organizational Development. She has served as an adjunct and associate professor of organizational behavior management at the University of North Texas.
In her personal time, Carrie leads the Williamson County chapter of 100 Women Who Care, dedicated to resourcing and funding community non-profits in need. She also serves as a cub scout den leader, actively provides resources to help women in the community excel in their career and on occasion enjoys riding scooters and wade fishing with her two boys.
